As you sumarize
1. bad waepon roll
2. gloves give no dmg (Allepathy in my case)
3. Chest give no dmg (Cherrub in my case)
4. gem level
5. quality on gems (huuge - like 20% total dmg usually)

So you are on the right track.

I am having the same issue as the poster above me. My single target seems to really be lacking. I seem to clear AOE just fine in t9 maps but the bosses take forever.

Also, are you supposed to use the Blight that the Allelopathy gloves give or no? I've seen different things about it and when I have tried Blight it just doesn't seem to do the same dps as Essence Drain, even on bosses.

Numbers wise delirium beats out BoTC in dps every time.

Delirium only provides single target damage increase, this is only a small part of the mapping and time spent grinding. BoTC increases all of your damage output. However, if you manage to get a high spell dmg delirium craft that will obviously be better as the differences might be rotated or at least extremely minimal.

The Brine King pantheon is a great solution, Kaom's roots as well. It all comes down to a matter of playstyle, the way I've played this build I never felt the need for stun immunity. Generally it will all depend on how people play the build & their personal preference.

That image displays that you have 25k DPS (not the DPS of the tooltip, you want to look at the DoT DPS in the mod list).

As @Marxone is stating:
Weapon roll is mjeh, allelopathy will help you tons with damage output.
Gem lvls are huge for the build so that matters a lot.

Hey,

Well with the use of Blight you simply use Contagion (for Arcane Surge) then ED and then Blight, whenever ED drops you reapply that (or before) and keep using Blight.

Bosses are a general pain in the ass since 3.0 but shouldn't be any problems.

Started a Shadow to do a MoM ED/Cont char and decided I'm going to try this build.

Wondered if anyone have come up with a way to fit in 2 of the Blight jewels for the 50% more chaos damage taken debuff? Seems like there aren't enough slots for 3 Grand Spectrums and 2 Spreading Rot. Figured it'd be a nice addition when using the Blight gloves as a totem.

I have questions, i dont understand why u take the Vaal Lightning Trap on Cast When Damage Taken, can u explain me ?

Second question : I bought allelopathy recently, if u use it, u need to put necessarily contagion gems or the %increase over time dammage works even if contagion is on an other amour ?

While it is technically linked to Cast When Damage Taken, it's just in the same item that happens to be linked.

Sometimes because of lack of sockets things that aren't really synergising are just in the same link chain. Nothing to over-analyze. Happens in every build on almost every character. Unless you remove a 4 link and make it a 3 link just for the aesthetics/OCD.

as you can see in my Profile i chose this build for the new leauge.

But im a hughe n00b at PoE :(

i currently safe my chaos for the Breath of the Council.

My question is is it possible to switch to a LL build just with jewelry and a head piece?
Since for the other slots i found uniques which i like ^^

and the second question:

Can i go for Shade Form instead of Walk the Archer and Swift Killer?

i would opt out of the frenzy stuff completle and instead use the points for CI or stuf like a 2nd curse.

I followed you tree etc. So what a problem? dps low,mapping ok t14+ boss long time a fight and guardian 1 hit me and died,but me not best player 4 portal fail,next killed guardian my another character. So pls help dps boost or any plan?
