[2.1] Voltaxic CoC Poison Spork guide - Atziri viable, can run all map mods

Since the Voltaxic nerf the build doesn't make too much sense anymore, the partial damage conversion also means that the potential poison damage is much lower. So the only remaining reason to use Voltaxic for CoC would be reflect safety.

My next Bow CoC build will be using Phys Spells and maybe Death's Oath, i'll post the link here once it's done.
