Apologies. I completely forgot about that section in misc tab. I have even used it in the past for some other mods..

This is a crazy league with armour scraps and portal scrolls worth more than fusings and 6 sockets which i have hidden.

Happened maybe 5 times. It's not a problem with your filter. It was a mistake from me. Dissolator helped me find what the problem was:

hey firstly, filter seems awesome so far! May I ask, an item that is kinda grey in the centre with green border, is that a crafting base? I'm just using default end game with two maps added

Thanks, those items are supposed to be of potential interest, but the filter is very coarse with somewhat safe general settings. So most of those items will still be bad. Feel free to progressively start hiding more things as you feel. You can disable pretty much anything in the block switch tab.
