The way i play now is i have assassins mark and curse on hit linked to frenzy skill gem

Then i go in map. I get frenzy max stacks. Then every group of mobs i encounter i fire frenzy first. Thus would trigger the entire pack to get cursed en then finish off with tornado shot. Same at bosses. First frenzy for stacks and curse then ts...

Is this a newbie mistake ??

I find frenzy a good way to spread curse.
Frenzy+COH+AM+Pierce+GMP(works better with drillneck and pierce nods)
With RotC we can use Frenzy+COH+AM+pierce+PCoC+FA--- as the result we gain max frenzy and double source of power charges and all pack cursed. In this case damage isn't a priority since TS is both good for single and aoe targeting.

Would this be SSF viable for Legacy League?

Yupp, tree seems to be broken atm.

I'm going to try a LA/BR build this league as a starter as I've never done a full bow build and really want too. I was reviewing the life based tree and am very confused. We drop 5 points into claws for what? Or is that a mistake and should not be? I can see that the claw gets life leech - is it worth all those points for that life/mana leech? Can't be gotten elsewhere where we benefit the bow?

Edit: It's the right side of tree above the acrobatics notable.

Ahhh I missed that part thank you. Wondering how hard that will be to get my hands on at the start of the league. Might save those points for last unless I get it then can just refund a few points because that's a nice boost in dmg from those + leech.
