Atziri is a lot about knowing the fight. You must be wary of your aoe damage, even a single arrow hitting her mirror form can one shot you if it gets past your evasion. I've one shotted myself on Atziri before just by having my cwdt setup trigger. I used it with a spell like bladefall so it could trigger some life leach for me, and forgot to take it off during Atziri.
It's one of the few fights were you want to keep track of all possible damage you dish out. Even Enchantments.
This only matters during her split phase though.
The other thing to watch out for is her puncture spear which can cause massive damage.
Finally learn to avoid her Flameblasts. You'll have to time attacks between Puncture spears and her flameblast attack.

This is just me but for atziri I'd change my single target gem set up and learn to use Puncture trap/mine, or Siege Ballista. Ballista will die a lot and need to be recast but it should serve as a decoy as well. Plus these avoid you getting one shot by her mirror.

I just did him with 4.7k hp, try to dont let him hit you with his big spells (especially sunder seems to oneshot me too). Run in circles and whenever he just casted something hit for 2-3 times, when he charges you, you can hit im for a long time until he starts casting again!
And make sure you destroy everything else in the first 2 phases before you beat him!
