What about deactivating the "Catalyst A.I"? I see that is an option.

Perhaps they're calling Tessellation as Catalyst A.I. in the spanish clients.

make sure vsync is enabled, and post-processing, and screen shake are disabled.

That can help improve performance as well.
I'd say the power is too low to support the card.
You got any other game on that laptop,
does it also drop fps with them when particles and effects start stressing,
or is it only with Poe?

yes when many on screen, mobs, spells, its when i get fps drops, in most games...

That's a sign that your machine isn't really capable of running high-end games. Don't be too upset about that however as most laptops aren't. It has been, and continues to be, my opinion that there is no such thing as a "Gaming" laptop. They just use that as clever marketing to attempt to get people to pay more for a specific laptop.

while some laptops play games better than others, if gaming is one of your main interests, then you should invest in a Desktop PC instead for the purpose of gaming... don't rely on a laptop.
