Probably most effective in standard are cringed crucible-weapons and shields (+5% +4% = +9% cold-resis, many other stats like 20% spell suppression, etc.).

Legacy aegis aurora and legacy melding of flesh are awesome too.

There are circles of nostalgia with doubled mana-reservations, helmet-lab-enchants 75% reduced mana rervations, and good legacy Rumi's Concoctions.
That Which Was Taken frees up some passives and delivers more withers.
Legacy Shaper ring life+mana on spellhit + triggering Assasin`s mark can be interesting, etc...
There are dozens flexible valuable legacy items more.



Maata's Teaching prenerf 12% crits is b.i.s. too.

But by far until now the highest and cheapest geared damage is reached in 3.26 Secrets of the Atlas and in the Phrecia Herald ascendancy.

Because I actually go t-16.5 and t-17 double titanic of lineage and + of treasure + gigantic Rogues Exiles, by 400% increased atlas-mods buffed, beyond enlightened further with delirium-orbs, in wildwoods by wisps 3000-4000% empowered, and last with eater-altars boosted, I gear a bit more tanky, somewhere in around 80M-100M damage with the additional aura flesh and stone, 90% max-resis and elegant hybrid supreme decadence. This league as Hybrid-Crit-HoA-Scion and only 10M poison-dot.

The build can facetank easy every juiced content, in a budget of 80 divs (in that maxed juice most others need 200-800 divs+++).

It's fun of sting as always and an awesome HoA-league. So much flexibility! Much more as ever before.

I optimized a specialized Duo-Atlas-Strategy for the fun and almost optimal fitting for the build in 3.26.

I combinated Anarchy Titanic Gigantic Rogue Exiles with almost full buffed Ultimatums to farm t16.5 and t17.
Also alternative Destructive Play with Harbingers dropped nice stuff.

This way I get in good rolled maps almost always awesome 100-500k, sometimes up to 1.2M gold each map, hundredthousands of dust and beside collateral many good t1/t0 unique-loot to transform to dust for Kingsmarch-shipments as well as catalyst and ultimatum-inscripts and sometimes jackpots (an Atlas-planner will follow after more testings probably).

I farmed this way in a few days my second best currency, somewhere around 3 to 4 mirrors (have more nice b.i.s. watcher's eyes, clusters and helmets in the stash). Only in the [3.23] Affliction-League I owned 3-4 mirrors more.





Buyed the +8 HoA-lvl amulet, but not including the possible +4 minimum endurance charges.



Now ready and full b.i.s.

Was it an altar-mod like "take xx damage" during flasks-effects?

When not it sounds like bleedings when your flasks are empty!
Or corrupted blood.
Or ignites or burning ground or other degens.

Get permement immunities on ghastly jewels.

Or you need to get more recovery against dot and degen.

You need to combinate your Sorrow of Divinie with an instant lifeflask as CI. Without the effect is not optimized.

Or get a watcher`s eye or elegant hybris supreme decadence or bone barrirer minion leech in the ascendancy + ghost reaver keystone or stay hybrid and get cheap a shaper ring life on spellhit.

All recovery mechanics are ranked in "checklists stats" --> "recovery" and the recovery starting-tipps are also at the buttom in "beginning and levelling".
