I'm using a headhunter and I'm 5,5k life and 4,5k ES and if I was using Vaal Regalia I could go to almost even life and ES. With headhunter is really irrelevant because you often gets buffs and end up with something like 7k life and 21k ES or even more.

About cooldown reduction if you are using Headhunter you can't reach second breakpoint but the first one you get from Awakened Cast on Crit alone.

Love the build its fun and satisfying, im having some issues with single target, crit feels really low. Only have a few exalts currenty but selling some things now for bigger ticket items, could you help me with prio of what to upgrade for me? Preferably something kinda on a budget.

Two questions, do you have any bossing videos? How’s the single target

Also what’s the budget to get a semi decent character going? I sold my other character and have roughly 30-40ex to start.
