" Oh i have it on my standard build dont worry :) I managed to ditch Arcane Surge as a gem slot with a anguish ring implicit. I just didnt wanted to provide it in the PoB as a lot of people would then think the Arcane Surge implicit on ring would be "mandatory". From time to time i activate Vaal RF+RF and absolutley melt any boss. |

Hello, I am looking to transition into this build, however I have one question. I looked all through the build guide and I know we need reduced mana reservation for herald of ash, but I can't seem to find the threshold for how much. Is there a certain amount we need to hit, similar to needing 52% CDR%, or just the more the merrier? Thanks!

anyone can check if the MTX does help with lag or not? i rather go die with my miner than have 40 fps whenever I start using my skill :D i tried this last league and it was quite aweful experience, even more so for my lower tier PC friends
