For this kill i decided to switch from Melee Splash to Ruthless on Spiders and give Blood Magic to spectres, like in pob, and see if there's any difference at all. Looks like there's so MUCH damage already that differtence is next to none. The kill became just slightly faster and the whole fight is about 1-45 seconds.

I'm not sure on the exact numbers of your Timeless Jewel but here's the custom jewel that I made for PoB to simulate the numbers that my jewel provides. It seems similar to yours but I can't be certain:

to achive dep 1k you must have full block, 75/75 proshield from god of scepter act 3 to block projectile
