I played an Inquisitor up a bit with Hegemony's Era. Free Power Charges with a Static Strike supported by Knockback (and Fortify).

You know, I look to the forums to find excuses to get out of playing.
The dva and capslock threads have pushed me to pokerstars... Yep, totally over league play.

How well would the stormwall work for this kind of build? Yeah, I know, staff and therefore by default shit (according the a lot of people I know), but it has the phys to ele conversion going on, a lot of crit and some block for defense.
The low attack speed might be a problem though... I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
