How do you sustain life and mana in this build?

How long did it take for you to get the helm enchant on the helm you recommend?

" The enchant is a big buff, but not mandatory. i actually bought the helmet with the enchant and crafted it myself. trying to hit the enchant by running uberlab is all about RNG. you can hit it first try or do 4325345 labs and still not get it. i would leave the enchant for the last piece to acquire. |
