I heard this build can't do end game bosses. Is this true? If not why do people say it can't beat the end game bosses?

Hi can someone explain the interaction between pious path,mind of matter and eldritch battery?

" sanctuary gives permament consecrated ground pious path gives cast speed and energy shield regen when u have them when u have either covenant or eldrich battery/mom u will basicly have inifinite casting of sparks |

Is cast on crit viable in with spark or something like ice nova? |

Which wand base should I buy if I want to craft? I got the currency, just wondering if getting an Opal Wand over say and Imbued Wand is worth it or even good for this build.
