Are you using the correct Ffask's / Item's. You shouldn't have an issue if you do it correctly.

Crit. Gloves are not a musst, but def. feel's good to have them.
Many stick to thunderfists or use rare's with life, attack speed and such.
Since Kinetic Blast should be strong enough either way.

Why no vaal pact? also do u know how much accuracy exactly you would need to maintain 90% chance to hit?

In path of building you're using vaal pact, and in the 3.1 skill tree you're not. Both are made in the 3.1 patch... so, use or not vaal pact?

Added to spells do nothing since Kinetic Blast and Barrage are attacks.
Hope that clears this up.

Regarding Vaal Pact, Toma says he does take it, and it should be reflected in both trees (as of 3.1) whenever he gets around to updating it (Not sure if he updated yet but yes should take Vaal Pact)

if we hit hard enough its 50% damage from shock more but less from ele focus

We deal many small
hit's, you will never shock bosses with barrage.
