Damn, definitely tough without vaal pact.
Much much more to dodge than before.
Really feels weird, didn't spec into vaal pact yet though.

Edit: Feels good with vaal pact, not much of a difference compared to before honestly

Just ran some maps, did all guardians and shaper (died once, when he was at 1 % and I didn' think he could start his "balls", otherwise all deathless).

Build is still perfectly fine! the only adjustment in playstyle I noticed, was that u occasionally have to wait 1 sec for leechrate to keep up against bosses, but this is really rare. During mapping I usually don't get hit anywas, so nothing new there.

Toma really did a great job at balancing offences and defences!


Edit: Was referring to the shaper guardians... can't play any more though, since I have to hand in my bachelor thesis in 2 days :/

That lvl 100 tree is pure efficiency, I have no idea how to cut it down to a level 93 build... any suggestions on a level 93 and a level 86 tree?

A couple questions I got having never played a kinetic blast build before.

Is point blank really worth it? You will probably instakill stuff anyway without it and at bosses especially with the vaal pact change I don't think you'll be able to sit right next to them (and you need to be right next to them because point blank penalty applies in a very short range).

I'm really baffled about the 4link setup for clearing, I realize that with the build's clear speed a 4l should be enough but still... Why not simply swap barrage+slower proj+one of the blue supports with gmp-pierce-kb before boss fight? That way you have a 6link for clearing and can use a cwdt setup or whatever on your 4link.

Gem-swapping takes forever

Point Blank is needed to have enough single target dps.

Take Throatseeker in the end, only take Jewel socket's if you have really good one's.

Personally i took with level (a) a Life node, with the next level (b), i removed that one life node, took a jewel socket with the 2 point's and got a Jewel with Life and stat's.
As an example on how to progress.

Basicly you optimise the tree anytime.

You dont seem to understand how overpowered kenetic blast is. Anything over a 4L is just a bonus. Single target it pretty bad with low investment and this build is all about speed. Having to swap gems not onlly is unessessary but also time consuming.

Masters is a strange thing to prioritise.

Personally at start of league i do.

Smol hideout - Zana > Haku
Med hideout - Zana > Haku > Elreon > Tora

I do it this way so I can get resists on gear early on.
