If you want to be Nerf/Invest safe, the only thing you can really mirror is truly a Ring.

It's hard to say if something will happen to this Build in the Future.
GGG already Nerfed Wander's couple times in the past.
Reduced base Crit. on Imbued Wand's, reduced Crit./Crit. Multi in the tree, Nerf to Flask's, Alchemist Nerf in the Passive Tree, sort of Nerf to Kinetic Blast.
In addition getting that juicy Barrage Single Target is pretty cost intense and somehow a skill you have to get used to.

In my opinion Wander the way it is now, is pretty fair since you have to invest a lot to get it into a "opie" state.

But yeah, we have to wait.

Also if you want that ring, i would ask to remove the crit. chance for a resist. 16% Crit. Chance is not really game breaking but having some more resists on a ring, will make gearing a lot easier.

Right now i am broke and saticfied and hope GGG won't crush this build so i can buy that #1 ele wand that is in Harbinger.

Can you link the gear somehow in here? And the tree?

unfortunately the xbox one doesnt have any way to link gear, but i do have pretty similar gear, im loaded on xbox so i went ham on my wander. maybe its just because my gems are just lv20 and not 20/20

Gem Quality, Vinktar, +2 Barrage Devoto's are cheap and will boost Single Target DPS greatly.
Only wear MF if you CAN wear it(amulet is a high dps. slot)
Do you have Uber lab and all flask node's in addition to Conquerer's Potency for the extra Projectile from Dying sun?

I know i have a +1 barrage and not +2, I'm just concerned about the tooltip dps. my tooltip dps is 26K KB and 30.5K Barrage with no flasks. With flasks its 40K / 44K but urs is 100K???
Please advise as to where i need to upgrade to at least close the gap.

Well Jewel's in the tree are pretty meh honestly.
Added Lightning Damageon Boot's is Huge.
Note that i have 21 q20 gem's those add up too, Wrath, Added Lightning are quite strong there, not to mention the Empower.

Hit Chance should be above 90% so might get some acc.
Wandslinger in the Tree should be your next goal.

Blood Rage does add up too, giving you also Frenzy Charge's while Mapping

40k Barrage/ KB with Wrath, Herald and Ice Golem is very doable in a League(it's what i had in legacy league).

It's pretty much Gear/Tree dependend it every little upgrade does add up.

Toma, I have 89% hit chance. I have tried the lvl 4 empower with the aura/heralds but they were not any significant dmg boost. also, I dont feel like grinding another 3 lvl just to add some wand notes because other people with a lvl 94 toon like myself have more dmg than me. I could respec the phase acrobatics nodes to take the wand cluster but again I cant see how significant that would be. I hope you feel what im saying?

Conquerer's Potency is missing. It really gives one additional projectile paired with dying sun? It only adds 8% flask effect...

Hey, please go back and carefully read the guide or posts. Dying sun adds 2 projectiles...with 50% flask efficiency it adds a third projectile.. all the flask nodes on the tree give you just under 50%...so adding that jewel gives you the extra boost over it...giving you the third projectile

You got the Basic of this Build, but you need to step it up.
Wander Build's especially the single target department are very hungry in terms of investment (but also rewarding in the late game).

1 Mill. dps isn't that bad.
