You should be able to do Shaper, i did Shaper with less better gear in week two in legacy.
Yet you might have to learn Shaper mechanics if it's your first attempt.
Things can be quite hectic at the beginning.

Volley Fire is poop, Static Electricity is giving you flat per dex in area, that's why you have different outcome's.

Let's put it this way: That extra projectile gives you like 400k or so effective dps. Is it worth it? Of course. You might wanna sacrifice other nodes, though. Jewel sockets are really important than regular nodes, in most cases, since you get literally 3/4 increases with them.

Volley fire adds 2 projectiles, one at start, one at end of the initial attack, the problem is, that those two added projectiles CANNOT hit the main target, therefore it's totally useless for the build.

This is my current gear. in POB i do atm about 1.5M shaper dps but I'm looking forward what to increase best atm. I know I need 6 more lvls to get some jewel slots for extra attackspeed. I also tried the search function for the wand posted earlier, but even the 15-18 multimodded crafted wands are worse than my pisc, is that correct?

Anyone any tips what gear could best be replaced?

ps. as 5th flask i switch between life flask and wise oak, depending what i play (map/boss)

Except you did not get the flask wheel lol. And if anything you should get rid of the 3 points at Throatseeker for the flasks.

Adds Fire/Adds Cold for prefixes and AS/Crit suffix, added cold to attacks or WED better?

This wand base is crap (attackspeed is low), you shouldn't multimod it.

I am at 29k tooltip dps with auras / golem. No rare wand or helm Enchanted. Is that like decent? Also why does the tooltip only increase like 5k when i use dying Sun?

The tooltip does not calculate projectiles. Only damage for 1 projectile (and even that is not accurate), the only reason the tooltip even rises when using dying sun is due to the damage buffs you gain from using any flask from you Ascendancy nodes.
