So I was wondering the same thing,so I bought a devoto yesterday with the +2 barrage enchant and my dps rose over 100k so it's worth it forsure if you ask me. If you are worried about crit after you switch out for devoto just equip a diamond flask and you will be set.

I am at a point now to were Idk what I need to upgrade to boost my dps I want to hit over 1mil dps but it's sooooo hard lol especially cause when I look for upgrades I need to make sure it has at least the stats on the piece I'm switching out because I'm right at 75 with some of my resists. I have been using pob to try and get over a mil dps with barrage but it seems almost impossible Idk how people get over 3 mil dps lol. Any ways amazing build clear norm atizir in 2 to 3 minutes XD

Granted if you really can't find any decent jewels the sockets are useless but jewels are insanely powerful at the later stages and even in Harbinger it's not that hard to pick up jewels worth more than 2-3 (good) passives. They are very popular however and I've set up quite intricate searches and picked up mine within 15-30 minutes of being posted but still they were only between 30-50c each:



Together they add 157k dps, 19% life and some resists so I'd say even with a 120c jewel budget that's a lot of bang for your buck

Thank you for the great guide. I am looking to buy 6l QOTF as I have enough currency. But I don't have enough for the correct colors in your build. What are the most effective gems to use in a more common coloring set up for the chest?

I can't believe so many ppl underestimate what levelling and qualling gems actually do to the build (not only to this build). I do it myself "the hard way" since my budget was focused on flasks and 6L QOTF, but just reached level 20 and gcp-vendored the first batch of gems. Even though some of them lose stats initially, the build already delivers better - with a bunch of level 1/Q20 gems. Better area of effect, +10% projectile dmg, more cold damage on herald, more APS from onslaught etc. Some gems do really start to shine around level 12-15/Q20.

Slower proj or possibly added cold. Unless the rest of your gear is top notch with excellent crit chance it's also likely to offer better dps than crit damage.

Edit: best setup will most likely be barrage, wed, added lightning, ele focus, lightning pen and slower proj
