I set the same settings as OP, went crematorium fire trial, performance is somewhat better but still ocassional fps drops.
Spreading salt since 2006

This completely solved the issue for my bud. He has an R9 380 4G with an i5-6500, 8GB of ram with the game on a HDD. He was having severe FPS drops before and now says the game is running more smoothly than ever.

Geez, ive been having fps drops for the past few days but this seems to fix it !

i tried this, i can see a slight performance boost, but nothing huge... in high density and breaches i still get huge fps drops...
My rig is AMD8350 @4000mhz octacore, ATI 290x 4gb DDR5, 512bit, 8gb ram |

i dont have these option too.....i dont even have the fps limiter too...any idea why?
