RITE OF PASSAGE GOLDEN CHARM VISUAL BUG

Hi all, i just buy the rite of passage golden charm the spirit of the owl and i see that i get the buff from it but never seen the owl make the torados that was the most cool part of the charm apart from of cource the damage and ES but i want the owl, anyone have same problem?? im on ps5
