Best Poverty Build for Clearing Maps

Looking for a build that can clear all content but doesn't cost a ton of divines. I'm a super casual player and so I've only found 2 divines so far this league. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

If you look at mobalytics.gg, filter by 'Starter' builds. Those won't take a million divines to be effective.

I made this back in 0.2 and worked well in 0.3 and 0.4 as starter. Great thing about is that it use unique weapon that cost nothing. So initial investment is basicaly just Original Sin. Ingenuity is cheap so most of your money should go to rings/gloves for flat damage.
