Please impliment FSR 4 so AMD gpu owners can have a good experience.

Like the title says,

Please impliment FSR 4. It can already be done with optiscaler but I'm hearing that isnt allowed. Please impliment FSR 4 so AMD gpu owners can use AI Scaling that actually looks alright. FSR 2 is a very outdated technology and the reduce in quality makes it almost unplayable.
