On PC with controller, Heart of Flame disables Arcane Cloak

During Heart of Flame graftskill uptime, i am unable to use Arcane Cloak skill when playing on controller on PC

Not only on controller actually, just tested with mouse&keyboard and its the same

Working as intended.
The Heart of Flame graft skill has the following tags; Spell, AoE, Projectile, Fire, Duration, Guard Arcane Cloak's tooltip says the following; "Shares a cooldown with other Guard skills." GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
