CoC Forbidden Rite PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I am new to CoC builds and I am not sure if I messed something up or if it is just pob, but my trigger rate dropped from 7.10 to 2.47 after levelling from 93 to 95, and all I changed was a cluster jewel, so no cdr or as was affected as far as i know.

If anyone has some time to take a look, I linked both pobs under.
