Flicker Strike help

I'm not good with builds. Never made my own, but I wanna try. I want to make flicker strike my main skill for like 90% of the game. Just wondering what class would be best, or even 2nd best, and how I should gain power charges easily. After that, I will try to make it all on my own.

It rly depends how you wanna play it. The best class is imho amazon, but hollow palm chronomancer with big ES gear and ES recoup is also interesting/tanky.

" Theres one more trick for generating charges on bosses (or generaly in situations where you dont have corpses). Summoning sceptre in second weapon slot and manualy casting profane ritual on your summons (there is support gem that allows minions to be used instead of corpses). |

Ya, ya, sure gem-guy, monk and the hunter people have 'synergy' and can 'survive'(i survive irl all the time, not impressive) But the witch has the voice lines i like best. "Beidat honored the pact, though Beardat wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."
