problem Darkness enthroned fine belt

Hello, I'm looking at several minion builds in which they use the Darkness enthroned fine belt with two Talisman Ralakesh runes. I'm trying to put the rune on the belt and it doesn't give me an error but it doesn't let me and I was wondering if you could tell me please, thanks.

Hola, estoy viendo varias build de esbirros en la que usan el cinturon Darkness enthroned fine belt con dos runas de Talisman Ralakesh, estoy intentando meter la runa en el cinturon y no me da error pero no me deja y preguntaba a ver si me podrian indicar por favor, gracias
