Cosmetic purchases and guild points PS5

For the second time now I've been screwed out of my guild points. About 2 weeks ago I bought a support pack, transferred 300 points into guild points (my guild) and then used them to buy a hideout. The hideout did not appear in my options and the guild points were gone

After about 2 weeks of back and forth with support they refund my guild points. I put a few more of my points into guild points, go to buy a different hideout and while loading the game crashed. Guess what, same problem, no guild points or hideout.

This has killed any desire I have to play or put money into the game. They said the refunding of guild points was a one time gesture. It's not a refund, it's giving me what I'm owed.
