Greater/Perfect orbs misleading text

These orbs state "Minimum modifier level: ##", however they mean "Minimum modifier level (or highest available tier if no higher exists): X"

I know that's a bit mouthy, but I was misled thinking minimum level would truncate mods from the pool that ended before that level, and this made me waste some currency and unfortunately mess up what would have otherwise been quite a nice craft.

POE items are well known for doing exactly what the text says, so I am asking you to rephrase the minimum modifier level on these orbs.

Just requesting it's more prominent. Add a * if needed to indicate that minimum modifier level has additional context under it than just the definition like other things. I know what an item modifier level is so it wasn't intuitive that there was a gotcha involved. I salvaged the craft btw just would've used a different approach if it were more intuitive that something else was there.
