Omen of Whittling rerolled lowest modifier

Rolled gtom t5 fire to t5 cold damage, is the ring bugged? or the omen. Spent all my money this ring :( Thanks mate.

This Omen checks for the required level of a mod, not the tier.

Yes it didnt remove it.. it got rolled into another tier.

Oh the so omen doesnt remove anything even though it says it does. Great wording there fellas, so good. My bad i guess.
