Can't traverse to linked nodes on end map

Despite it showing FIVE connections, I can't traverse to two of them.

Please, GGG make this make sense?
Green means successfully completed; I didn't fail the map. So why can't I traverse to the node to my NW (Lofty Summit), nor the node to my SE (Hidden Grotto)
