Apex of the Moment Doesnt Work

Simply it does absolutely nothing.
There is no debuff icon that indicates that enemies in presence are slowed. Enemies in the presence dont appear to be slowed in slightest Reflotado por última vez en 13 sept. 2025 18:16:34

I'm having the same issue. Apex of the Moment doesn't work at all. Even after changing areas, respecing out and back into it, the debuff isn't applying but nothing is being slowed either.
