[Low priority] FPS drop on mob shattered

Symptom: When something shatter, the FPS drop heavily. This including both mob killed in frozen state and Frost Wall.

Additional info: This problem happen before and still occur after patch 0.3.0c (September 12).

Thank for great game. I hope the game have bigger support for lower 3G VRAM VGA player.
