Hammer of Kamasa

I was doing this quest with a friend, upon killing the boss he got the hammer and i did not. I have since killed it 5 times on my own, new instances, closing the game etc. I have done this quest on another character, not sure if that is effecting it or not. Regardless the quest is stuck and i can't proceed.

Wont drop for meg either, tried many times now to kill boss, guess the fix on it yesterday made it not drop anymore lol

Already completed it on first character, second character sees no Hammer drop after killing Mektul.
