I am creating this thread using a new account, as my original account was stolen last Sunday.

On Monday, I contacted support to report the issue, and the team kindly blocked the account to prevent any further problems.

I was asked to provide certain information in order to verify ownership of the account, which I have already submitted in full — including proof of the Steam linkage dating back to 2013.

Given that I have also provided details such as the date of my most recent purchase, along with other information that only the legitimate owner could know, I am finding it difficult to understand why the process of recovering my account is taking so long.

Could you please advise me on what further steps, if any, are required on my part?
