High latency spikes

If got in the last 3 days high latency spikes. going up from 15MS to 30000MS. Changing Server isnt helping. Game is near to unplayable. Any tips to fix this ?

Same issue.
Tried update video driver, change networking_type=predictive in config, limit FPS, change servers.. Nothing works. Can't play at the moment. |

I have the same problem, and there are a lot of complaints about it on Reddit and the Steam discussion boards.
