A very inconvenient and annoying trade-unable error bug

I've been enjoying this patch, but at some point, in-game trades stopped working. The website keeps displaying the message "Please verify your identity." The lack of trades in PoE2 has significantly reduced my interest in the game. Please help me resolve this issue. I'm playing PoE2 on my Xbox console.
