'Failed to connect to instance' errors whilst trying to connect to areas.
how can finish campaign ???

Been having this problem all day. Sometimes it takes up to 10 tries to just portal to town. Enter portal -> failed to connect to instance -> back to login screen. Login again, won't even bring me back into game, failed to connect to instance and back to login screen. Took me 5 mins just to get to town successfully.

I've also been having this the entire day. Does not matter which server in the world I pick from the list.

I haven't seen any further mention of this on known issues, but this is still happening very frequently to myself and friends I've asked about it. Is this at least being looked at? There's something seriously wrong when you can't even reliably log in the first time from character screen to your hideout, let along back to hideout or town from a map, without seeing 'Failed to connect to instance'.

This has also been happening to me constantly since yesterday. Did not have this problem at all up until then. I have tried numerous things including even re-installing the game but to no avail.

Sometimes Ctrl+Click will work and I can get into a new instance but this is extremely frustrating and has made the game basically unplayable.

GGG asleep at the wheel with this issue. No communication, ive seen a few threads about this and just radio silence.

The "Early access" excuse is tired and overused, they need to have, at the bare minimum, some communication about this. It makes the game unplayable.

I gotta load into EACH NEW ZONE i got into 4-5 times before it stops DCing me. god forbid i have to go back to town and have to get loaded back into the zone with no portal and have to keep trying to load back into the game then back into town in a cycle thats going to make my head explode.

Have same issue as stated above. Doesnt matter which server i play on. Ive had it happen all day yesterday and all day today. At this point the game is unplayable

Just a follow-up for anyone on GGG that is potentially reading. As it turns out, mine was a client side issue that was difficult to narrow down. I attempted to watch a recorded show on prime video earlier and while fast-forwarding it stalled and told me there was a problem connecting to their server. Sounded familiar. That's when I began more troubleshooting and my motherboard's integrated 5gb NIC finally died. It must have been having issues the past few days, and now it tells me "cable unplugged" even when it's definitely plugged in with a known working cable. I switched to another PCI-E NIC instead and everything's fine for me now. I went to 5 different map locations one after another with no loading issues or 'failed to connect' problems. There might still be some lingering issues for others but mine was failed hardware.
