Draiocht Hengestones not spawning.

There is a Deadly Map Boss node on my Atlas insisting I clear a set of these Hengestones in nearby maps to unlock it.

I've read up, because the game didn't explain this, that if there are blue particles around a nearby node, that implies it has a Hengestone there.

I've now gone through 4 of these nodes in a row, full clearing and scouring the map for these Hengestones. I know what they look like as the only time I encountered one was on accident, and it was on a node with a normal map boss.

Each time I clear these nodes, to no success, I return to my atlas to see another previously locked/complete node has been unlocked with blue particles swirling around it. None of them have had Map Bosses like the one successful find had, so that may be a factor in this.

If there are other conditions needing to be met, the game should explain this to the player. I do see the Deadly Map Boss node implies a certain tier of Waystone is necessary, and my assumption is that's specific to the node once unlocked. Regardless, I've been clearing these nodes with higher tiers just to rule that condition possibility out.

Hey I've been having the EXACT same issue.

See, it spawned so damn close to my beginning that there were ZERO modifiers I could even potentially get on it, and because it wipes ALL modifiers that were on the original location after being cleared, the nodes remain purely blank after, leaving it stuck in an infinite loop.

What's most annoying about it is, the first one I had found didn't even have a damned boss! It was a Bloodwood, and the final Magic Monster was at the very end. I have cleared 8 of these Godforsaken things to no avail, and when it went back to the Bloodwood all I could think was, "Oh, maybe it will finally end." No. No it will most certainly NOT.

My tip as this is utterly stupid - don't do ANY node near a Deadly Map Boss node unless you like losing brain cells. It feels like if the Manour gets ANY modifiers from nearby towers it may just break and no longer spawn the Hengestones - and if that's the case, well, what's the bloody point?
