Character stuck in khari bazaar

Loaded into the interlude and was trying to grab all waypoints for each "act".

Khari bazaar was the last wp I went for. WP is not loading. Can't access stash. There is no quest that I can access and I can't leave town.

I've restarted game, logged into new character, waited over an hour and logged back in.

Can't use my character in this state and it's as good as dead.

Any way I can get a refresh of some kind?

I have the similar bug with my character Unknown_pesokot. I can’t get to Khari bazar by teleport and there's no option to go to the bazaar in the dialogue with the hooded one.
Maybe it’s any way to reset main quest?
