Omen of Putrefaction needs rewording or fixed

When you use Omen of Putrefaction there are a few bugs
1) It doesn't usually obey the minimum item lvl of the abyssal bone used
2) You don't actually get any desecrated modifiers at all, due likely to desecrated mods having 0 weight.

Only reason normal desecrate from jawbone, rib, collarbone, cranium, and vertebrae don't have this same issue, is that they can only place desecrated modifiers.

The easy fix would be a text update to omen of putrefaction to state "unrevealed modifiers" rather than stating desecrated modifiers which is patently false as currently written.
