Foci not considered an "equipment" + feedback

Essence of the Infinite can be used on "equipment", but not foci.

Some items require lower tier essences to be used, e.g., Greater Essence of the Body can't be used on an Amulet, Ring, Boots or Gloves, they require lower tier regular Essence of the Body, problem is - those don't drop in endgame. Could have Greater work on those pieces, but provide lower value, like POE1.

Lightless Moray turns invincible during some attacks, which is stupid already, but now add juiced up Blasphemy Temporal Chains into the mix and imagine the pain.
