Deadly Map Bosses not working

I've completed every map by an Eye of the Storm and no matter what I do I can't find a way to open it. There's a boss map nearby that's unable to be traversed to as it's not connected to the Atlas pathing, so I can't open that map whatever I do either. What can I do to resolve this issue? That map drops one of the most valuable gems in the game and I can't access it currently.
