My character was supposed to have 24 skill points and now has 22. I don't have any missions, and I've already killed all the bosses that drop extra skill points. I wanted to know if there's a way to fix it on my character or add 2 points to get to 24.

Check the NPCs that offer the skill books as quest rewards to see if any of them are still waiting for you to collect the reward. They probably won't have !s over their heads, you'll have to check the options when interacting with them.

Unless they've fixed that particular UX, I haven't checked.

I've already talked to all the NPCs, I've already killed all the bosses and I still don't have the 2 points, I've already checked all the missions that give the reward in the video following step by step and it still didn't work

You can't put the 2 missing points in the character, I'm level 93, starting another character because of a bug would be a lot of time wasted on a character to delete later.
