Subject: Urgent Bug Report Regarding SIPHONING STRIKE Skill in Path of Exile 2

The SIPHONING STRIKE skill is currently unable to accumulate combo points for the MANTRA OF DESTRUCTION skill. This issue severely impacts gameplay and balance, and it is particularly frustrating because it did not exist in the previous 0.2 version of the game.
