[Bug Report] Ange stuck as Gamble NPC – no access to in-game market place

Hello, I have a problem with my NPC Ange. She remains stuck as a Gamble NPC even though I have completed all the quests that should normally give me access to the in-game market.
Could you please help me with this issue?
