Life Leech conversion to ES not applying to Chayula's Chaos leech

Chayula's Sap of Nightmares says "Leech" implying all sources should be based on Chaos as well as Physical.

Using the "Essentia Sanguis Furtive Wraps" that converts Life Leech to ES Leech, the tool tip shows only phys damage is using the conversion. Resulting in chaos damage not leeching ES
