Minions don't spawn until I re-equip my shield bug

I have a bug where minions do not spawn until I unequip und reequip my shield. Weapon swapping does not work sadly. Very annoying to have to do it with EVERY location change.

The gem has a (!) which the text: Not enough spirit to summon desired amount.

I tested it with one reaver (29spirit cost / 375 available) and still shows this wrong warning.
