Weapon Set Minion Summoning is completely bricked

That function just doesnt work. I had two weapon sets equipped:

I - Wand + Sceptre
II - Sceptre + Shield

Trying to Summon Snipers only on weapon set I but not on Weapon Set II is just not possible.

Also today I noticed my Spirit unreserving itself and Minions becoming randomly disabled, there is some bug deep in the entire system.

I have narrowed it down to Skellies from rattling sceptre being bugged. When you have more than the 2 free ones they start to mess up spirit reservation
