Kulamac invitation : Stuck

Hi,

I attempted the invitation, died once, respawned, i both killed him and died at the same time (items on the ground), after respawning there was no items (fair enough) but i couldn't attempt the fight again nor could i leave, reseting the instance again and again did nothing, when i disconected i reconnected in there.

I have to disconnect and waite to be kicked out.
