Trial of the Sekhemas Major Bug

Dear Grinding Gear Games,

I've completed my 3rd trial, but it didn't reward me with an ascendancy point at the end. I'm sure it wasn't one I'd already completed, and I'm sure it said 'completing this trial will award you an ascendancy point.' As you can see in the video, the statue says 'interact to gain points,' but nothing happens when I click it. Could I get my ascendancy point, please?
